Some of you know, i'm a big pinball person and play a lot of tournaments. Nov 3rd, is a big Pinball expo in Chicago that weekend. They have this tournament called pinbrawl. Which consists of 4 person teams. I bought the last slot for a team. I have one memeber and looking to fill the other two slots. Would prefer medium good players. Not kickazz, but not someone who played one game of Addams family in 92. I'd like all teamembers to be about the same skill level. Because you have to qualify first, to see what division they put your team in. A, B, C or D. I'd prefer C or D, just we would have a chance to actually win.
For the world championships, I placed 31st or 41st out of 250 in C division last weekend. So i'm not that great at tourny play. Cost is $41 per person to join a team, So if your interested. PM me. First 2 confirmed, will be taken. If you live around the WI/IL boarder, you can stop over anytime to practice, or if you don't know your skill level, come try out and see.

you planning on making any West Coast tournies? :D
Your team could be called the PinKillers.

man, your really pushing the pinkillers idea. I'm adding it to the list, but overall, it will come down to a vote from the team. My partner so far, is a AC-DC fan, so i'm guessing he's going to vote for High voltage.

well, if he was a Judas Priest fan, he'd be down with the PinKillers idea. ;)

Reaper, I think you need to fly your azz to Wi for that tourney and join the team. how kick azz would that be? You get to hang out with me for 4 days and play more pinball than you probably have, in your whole life. :)

Oh, it would be kick ass I'm sure - as long as the tourney wasn't as joyless as you described the other tournament was. :(
But you are seriously underestimating the time I've spent playing pinball "in my whole life."
I still have to try out Funhouse to get a comparative score from those tourney results. ;) Not 5+ million worth, but something respectable I hope.

well if you decided to come out, you can crash at my place for the weekend, so your only cost would be airfair, and tourney entrance fee.
As for funhouse. To get over 5 million in 2 min. I was able to get the clock to 11:30 within 1 min, lock 2 balls for multiball within 1:15. and started unlimited millions and Frenzy right before multiball. Popped Rudy in the mouth at least 3 times during that escapade as well. I was stomping a mudhole that round. Had to regain my title 3 times during that tourney. The tourney was great, don't get me wrong. I just have to learn to be more of a consistant player. I have killer games, but when you have 5 machines you havae to have killer games on in a row, I fall short on 1 or 2 machines. I don't ball trap enough. I'm more of a momentum player. But when I get in that grove, I can kick some serious azz. The pros, do a lot of ball traps, back stops, and flipper passes. Which I can do to an extent, but don't care to play that way, but i'll need to start if I want to make a name for myself in tourney.
