Yes they have... if you're referring to Wave 4.5, which includes Thaelenk Tundra (snow set), and Raknar's Vision (large heroes set). However, in brick and mortar stores, they are difficult to find at the moment. Your best bet would be to order these sets from an online retailer, like HouseMouseGames.com.
Also, you could click over to Heroscape.com and check out what sets they have in their store. Usually, if they've released sets at HasbroToyShop.com, it's a safe bet that these same sets have been marked for distribution to larger retailers.

Guys, maybe I'm just an idiot, but I never find what I'm looking for when I use the search feature...go easy on folks about that crap...just give an answer and stop being so elitist....or don't reply if it annoys you that much. No answer is better than a condescending one.
