Can any one please make me a starcraft account?

I just got starcraft and I tried playing it online. After the patches were finished downloading I hit create new account. The screen then showed downloading terms of agreement, so I waited for about an hour and the terms of agreement still didn't download. I was wondering if some1 could make me an account.

Have you tried Blizzards Tech Support? They are usually pretty helpful speaking from experience.

I don't think it works that way*.

Actually, someone else could create an account, and then give somebody the User name and Password, but I'd suggest calling Blizzard Tech Support before resorting to that.

Isnt there some association with the acount and the games CD key? So this is like asking for a free game?
