Recommend cool looking fantasy sites!!

A little help here!!

I need links to cool looking fantasy style websites. Emphasis on cool looking. Meaning, I don't really care about the content. Rather, I'm interested in the graphics they use to put the site together.

Meaning, cool metallic textures (swords and armor)! Battle worn look! Aged parchment! Swords! Dungeon textures! All that fun stuff! Whatever! If it looks cool and has to do with fantasy/medeival style imagery, post the link!

Post the link and tell me why you like the way the site looks... or just post the link because you think the site looks cool.

And not only are the wallpapers cool, but I am even more interested in the images which compose the site. Like the borders around the images, how they stylize the fonts with textures, and the backgrounds of the sites.

So, anybody else care to contribute? I can't have too many of these, and I won't scoff at the submissions.

Taking Venoms links above as examples, how about some other fantasy style websites for me to look at!

Not a problem. Thanks for the effort. I figured I'd ask here on 'Scapers.com so as to aid my research, seeing as how a lot of non-HS discussions on these boards are based on other fantasy genre games. So there has to cool looking websites for those games online, right? ;)

Regarding the HALO site above, I don't mind those. I'm also looking at interface design, as well, as the graphics which compose said interface. So thanks for posting the link!

hex means any site that looks cool according to his specs of battle worn, metals, etc, it doesn't have to be a fantasy genre.

Seeing a warner bros theme here? Just go the their main site and click through the movies, lots of very cool stuff there. Their sites really give you an ambiance that sets the tone of the movie.

I tracked down the art from like 2000 that impressed me so long ago.

Unfortunately, the site (xenthenia.com) isn;t up anymore - however! Wit the magicv of the Way-Back Machine, we can travel to a time long ago when a black-and-red designed fantasy site impressed me enough for it to come to the front of my mind when you made this thread.
