I read the "Midnight Sun" (Some of it was part of Casualties of War) story arc. I thought Finch's art was very good as always, but the story was kind of convoluted and not very interesting.

Its pretty cool stuff, the newest stuff is called the Death of Marc Spector, but I doubt they will kill him.

Is it any better than it was? Because the first arc was TERRIBLE. Like... really, really, really terrible. The pacing was glacial at best and the artwork was dark and muddy and frequently illegible.
