I just killed my wife's cam when taking pics for THE OUTPOST (http://www.heroscapers.com/community/showthread.php?p=60015&highlight=#67045)! The cam just slipped out of my hands and fell on the floor - now the zoom/focus is broken :cry: :cry: :cry:
I will have to wait to the end of the month to be able to buy a new one which also means a considerable cut on HS aquisitions...
And moam is once more delayed... Oh well, such is life - just wanted to vent my frustration :blowup:

i'm guessing it was an old cam since you're not taking it to get fixed or had any warranty on it.

Old - not really (about 1.5 years), but fixing it costs about the same than getting a new one of the same type.
And that 12 megapixels 10x zoom... would probably get me killed by my wife (even if it's a replacement for hers):wink:

Lilnewb, nothing else. Just my spirits. I was in the middle of trying things out for moam - now I have to postpone my creativity, that sucks. But I feel better allready since it's peanuts actually. The universe has seen things far worse :wink:
