Hey, Houston-gang, remember how I left up my huge map? (I'll have pics up tomorrow, I think. My wife gets home with the camera today.)

For everyone else: I used every piece I have - 4 MS, 5 RTTFF, 3 VWs, 2 TTs, and all the extras.

Last night, we had a three-player battle on it. General-specific armies with 500 points and a smattering of glyphs.

I had Vydar, with two sets of Gorillinators, Nakita Agents, and Major Q9.

Einar had Roman legions, Sacred Band, Parmenio, Marcus, and Valguard.

Ullar had Syvarris, Venoc Warlord, Armoc Vipers, Venoc Vipers x2, and Aubrien Archers.

The gorillinators RULED the early game, rushing across the board to grab the attack, defense & range glyphs. Meanwhile, the Vipers and Romans clashed, with the Vipers taking the worst of it. The gorillas and agents moved up, sniping away at a variety of snakes, elves & humans.

Mitensoul struck, killing Marcus!

Having damaged each other, the other two players turned on my gorillas & agents, who fell before the onslaught of Syvarris on the mountaintop (though they took him down to one hit), and the charge of Valguard.

The Venoc Warlord and his last Armoc mopped up what was left of Einar's other troops while Valguard charged on to face Q9 face-to-face. Q9 took 3 hits before finally putting the marauding Viking down.

The endgame came down to Q9 versus what was left of Ullar's forces. After shooting Syvarris down from his perch, Q9 turned to face the final opponent: an undamaged Venoc Warlord.

After maneuvering for position, the two finalists dueled it out on the central bridge. Q9 took Mittens down to just one hit, also, but the snake slithered around behind him, rolled four skulls, and the soulborg was down for the count, leaving a one-life Venoc Warlord as the last snake standing.

Great game!
