Well, technically nothing is "wrong" with it. Satan really was an angel until he started getting ideas he could be god. Interesting portrayal.
Must be Einstein, because he's opening up wormholes all over the place :)

I saw this before. It's certainly odd, but I don't really see any reason it would be banned from TV. In fact, there's nothing really objectionable at all.
Alright, fine, clay person genocide. But even then, I've seen worse on kid's TV.

It's from this movie: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Adventures_of_Mark_Twain_%281985_film%29
based on this book: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Mysterious_Stranger

I saw that a while ago. It was like if Heironomus Bosch met Tim Burton and Ronald Dahl and had a party where they stayed up all night drinking Red Bull and decided to make a movie at two in the morning.
Creepy.

I don't think it actually was ever banned from TV. I think whoever posted it on youtube is just full of crap. Who would ban it and from what TV anyways? Do they mean broadcast TV? Or certain networks just wouldn't show it?
It is kind of an obscure film from the 80's, but I have seen it on broadcast television before.

I don't think it actually was ever banned from TV. I think whoever posted it on youtube is just full of crap. "BANNED!" is frequently a form of keyword spamming. When the average slacker is stumbling around Youtube nothing generates hits like morbid curiosity and/or the prospect of seeing a woman naked. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yu_moia-oVI)

I got to admit, I do enjoy a good rickroll now and again. It's the nuclear rickrolls (the ones that you can only close through CTR ALT DEL) that upset me.

The Adventures of Mark Twain by the guy who brought us the California Raisins and those claymation holiday specials from the 80s. I don't think it's really "banned," that's just the ignorant stigma it was paired with when it reached YouTube; I can't blame the people, it is obscure, as well as tantalizing as previously suggested. I'd like to see this movie, though that's probably the best part.

I like Rickroll and all but that strip kind of ticked me off. If he had just carried on like normal and dropped the line, "You just got Dick rolled!" it would have been funny. LFG is pandering too much to mindless pop culture references, almost Family Guyesque in a way. I still enjoy the series and need to catch up on recent strips, so hopefully it's picked up since then.
