Hi guys, I'm not new to Heroscape, but new to this rule. I read somewhere on a website that the disciplined army defense bonus occurs when every unit in your army has the 'disciplined' personality, thus granting all units one extra defense die. Where is this rule in the rulebook?? I have the second edition book and I can't find the disciplined army defense bonus rule anywhere. Could someone please verify for me? Thanks.

It's not a rule but a power on the Sacred Band army card. It reads:
DISCIPLINED ARMY DEFENSE BONUS
If every Army Card you control has a disciplined personality, each soldier in the Sacred Band receives 1 additional defense die.
So it only impacts Sacred Band units.

Also if you have some units that are non-disciplined, but then they get killed off, then they get the bonus (This also applies for the minutemen).

The minutemen have a valiant personality bonus by the way.

Yeah, there's a difference, but the reward is the same.
