wow.
just, like - incomprehensibly WOW.
negation - I am seriously curious - how would you know that people know Wave 5 stats, without seeing the Wave 5 stats thread that is up to 18 pages, or the Wave 5 pics thread?
How do you enter the site? Do you know of the HS News Forum?
If you don;t use the Posts Since Last Visit link on the upper right, I'm sure you will find it to be a great resource while reading the site.
Any help you could give me to help me understand how you could get to this site without seeing the Wave 5 threads, would be great.
Thanks in advance - it may help other people navigate the site better, too.

Glad to know my superior stupidity is going to a good cause.
At least I know I'm good at something now. :brickwall:

Oddly enough, my friend was looking for them in this part of the forums too, rather than in the HS News section. I guess that's the mistake?

I'm a little stumped about the Deathreaver Climbx2 special ability.
When moving up or down levels of terrain , Deathreavers may double their height.
How is making their height 6 going to help them climb up levels of terrain?
I understand that if they moved down levels of height 4-6 that it would mean they wouldn't have to roll for falling damage but....?

Well if they didn't have the Climb ability, they could not go up a sheer incline (like a cliff face) of 4 or higher. It really helps a small squad out a lot.
They double their height to 6, but their movement is 6 as well. So they really can't get up a height 6 terrain difference unless they were on road spaces starting and ending.
My thoughts on the ability unless I'm missing something.

Hang on, so say a figure had 5 height and they wanted to get up a level of 6 then they couldn't? even if they had 7 move?
Does this mean i've found yet another rule i have missed? Oops!

Right. They couldn't move up 5 levels either.
From the 2nd Edition rules book, page 10.
Height Limit: A figure cannot move up a number of levels equal to or higher than its height number all at once.
and actually I stated wrong on my initial Reavers post on this thread - without the Climb X2 ability they couldn't move up an incline 3 or higher.
So the Reavers can go up levels 5 or less all at once.
