See how good your awareness is.

That's a rather clever ad. I'm not sure if the end is about bicyclists or motorcyclists, but either way its a clever way to get the message of awareness out. As a motorcycle rider I can appreciate that. I've almost been hit a couple of times because people don't see you when they aren't looking for you.

I got 18 passes.

I got 13 and was mighty proud of it when the voice over said that there were 13. But the whole point was the moonwalking bear. I was totally oblivious to him crossing the screen. Must be because his moonwalk sucked. :D

-Edit
As a four wheel vehicle driver, bicycles and motorbikes are very unpredictable compared to cars or trucks. Aside from that, they are often unnoticeable till they're 2-3 meters near you (except for big choppers I suppose). Yeah, it's a good ad.

I've seen a similar thing before but a man in a gorilla suit walked past and even waved! Most people didn't see it because we were too busy counting the passes, but I do recall seeing a glimpse of shadow go by.

I actually noticed the bear, and he made me miss a pass. I got 12 instead of 13. Darnit, I lose.

Nope, it means your aware of things you're not looking for.

And yes, I too have seen a video similar to this, only it's a gorilla that crossed the screen. I saw the Gorilla the first time I saw that video. I thought this one is different...and it is; this one got me.

I got the passes right, but while I was counting them, I saw the bear and thought it was one of the guys on the black team. Even when they replayed it, I wasn't too convinced untill he started to actually moonwalk, and he doesn't even do anything resembling a moonwalk untill he's about to go offscreen. The ears just didn't stand out enough.... Looked more like a hoodie. :?

Someone should tell bicyclists or motorcyclists to not try and blend into the background. :D

I haven't had problems with motorcyclists in Michigan, but in California those people are crazy flying between lines when everone else is stopped or moving slow.

That is a good ad. I counted 12 passes (missed one some where) and I didn't see the bear at all.

That was great. I'll definitely be using that clip some Sunday morning as a sermon illustration.
