Ok so here we go, I've had a lot of ideas bouncing around my head for custom scenarios and with a subscription to Marvel.com's digital comics, it's time to begin the scenarios. I figured this thread should go here as basically every hero is custom created so it should still be in the "Comic Hero Custom Creation" section.
Now some of these customs are unrevealed in my custom thread due to the fact that sometimes I make them faster than I can allow for them to be looked at up here. If anyone has any concerns about the wording of the figures involved in my scenarios or anything else, just drop by my Custom Creation Thread (http://heroscapers.com/community/showthread.php?t=10886) and leave a comment.
One last topic to cover before I begin: the maps. The maps shown for each scenario are only for basing your own map off of. Most of the scenarios will be playable on any map with specific needed features, so don't feel as though you need to recreate the exact map I have. It gets boring after awhile any way.
As always enjoy and feel free to leave any comments!

. . . . .FANTASTIC FOUR (1961) #31
The Mad Menace of the "Macabre Mole Man"
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . http://image.comicvine.com/uploads/vol/3000/2045/2045-7373-1-fantastic-four_150.jpg
With his past plans for surface world domination destroyed twice, the Mole Man finally believes himself to have found a way to beat the Fantastic Four: Hold Susan Storm hostage! Reed, Johnny, and Ben are forced to follow the will of the Mole Man to ensure Sue's safety, but Reed must have a plan. The only question is will it work?
Teams:
- Mr. Fantastic (http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc164/hi1hi1hi1hi1/Marvel%20Creations/Fantastic%20Four%20Related/MrFantastic.jpg), Human Torch (http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc164/hi1hi1hi1hi1/Marvel%20Creations/Fantastic%20Four%20Related/HumanTorch.jpg), Thing (http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc164/hi1hi1hi1hi1/Marvel%20Creations/Fantastic%20Four%20Related/Thing.jpg)
- Mole Man (http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc164/hi1hi1hi1hi1/Marvel%20Creations/Fantastic%20Four%20Related/MoleMan.jpg), Moloid Warriors (http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc164/hi1hi1hi1hi1/Marvel%20Creations/Fantastic%20Four%20Related/MoloidWarriors.jpg) x9
Battlefield:

I know I said generic earlier, but this one has to be kind of specific. The requirements are a two layered battle field, such as the one above. Additionally a hole is required is the upper level. From there you can pretty much do anything. For this specific field, Mr. Fantastic, Human Torch and Thing start on the red dots while the Susan Storm figure is placed on the blue dot. One set of Moloid Warriors is placed on the orange dots.
Special Rules:
Reed Richards has developed a "complex, highly-sensitive transistorized detector" to find Sue trapped leagues below them in the Mole Man's domain. During the first part of this scenario, Mr. Fantastic may not attack or use any special abilities. If Mr. Fantastic receives more than 3 wounds during this beginning part, his 'detector' is damaged and Sue is trapped forever in the Mole Man's underground lair (Player 1 loses). Additionally if either Thing or Human Torch are destroyed in this stage Player 1 loses the battle.
If Mr. Fantastic ends his movement on the space directly above Susan Storm, immediately place Mr. Fantastic, Human Torch, and Thing adjacent to Sue. From this moment on, Thing is considered to be carrying Susan Storm and may not attack or use his Smash Leap special ability. Mr. Fantastic may attack now and for the rest of the scenario. If Thing receives more than 4 wounds or Human Torch and Mr. Fantastic are destroyed, Player 1 losses this scenario.
Player 2 loses if all his figures are destroyed or if Thing reaches the fallen section of road therefor enabling him to safely bring Susan back up to the surface.

I love this idea of making scenarios from specific issues. I can't wait for the massive ones like Secret Wars or Civil War! :)

I have the Road to Civil War, Civil War, Civil War: Spider-Man, and Civil War: Captain America and am in the process of creating the characters and scenarios. I figured I'd start out with some smaller ones and I had already created the ides for the Fantastic Four as well as Mole Man.

I have all the characters for Secret Wars (the original from 1984). I've been thinking about what kind of map would be suitable. It would have to be pretty big, given the sheer number of characters. I think there's around 20 or so on each side.

Don't forget to do a battle of "Amazing Spider-Man Annual #1"
It's Spider-Man vs. the first Sinister 6 (Doc Ock, Mysterio, Vulture, Electro, Sandman, and Kraven). :D
He faced each villain, one at a time, in the following order:
Electro (at a powerplant)
Kraven (at a clearing by the World's Fair)
Mysterio (in a secret hideout complete with robotic duplicates of the X-Men)
Sandman (in an airtight cell)
Vulture (at the top of a skyscraper)
Dr. Octopus (in a GIANT FISHBOWL)
The goal of Ock's oh soooo briliant master plan was to weaken Spider-Man by making him face his greatest villains until finally one of them could kill him.
The not-so-good doctor kidnapped Betty Brant and (a conveniently oblivious-to-the-fact-that-she-had-been-kidnapped) Aunt May to lure the hero to his secret lair.

allskulls - Yea thanks to your post I went and read the first 6 books in the Secret Wars. Unfortunately there are no more online  . It would take me awhile to create all the figures, but if you have them all made I'd be interested in the scenarios, of course I need to find somewhere to read the rest.
Troll Warrior - I am slightly familiar with the story, though hopefully I can read it. I have all those figures, so it shouldn't be hard to come up with a scenario for that.
PochoMan - I have taken a look at your thread, but until very recently I have not been all that familiar with comics in general. For now I am still not sure about how exactly Galactus opperates and have never seen the Uni-Power or Acts of Vengense. Sorry  .

FANTASTIC FOUR (1961) #8
. "Prisoner of the Puppet Master"
. . . . . . . . . . . . . http://image.comicvine.com/uploads/vol/3000/2045/2045-6158-1-fantastic-four_150.jpg
The Fantastic Four discover a new, completely unexpected menace as Thing goes haywire and begins to attack Reed and Johnny. Unknown to the Fantastic Four, it is really the powerful villainous Puppet Master controlling the blue-eyed brute. Can the Mr. Fantastic and the Human Torch stop Things rampage when the real invisible woman has gone missing?
Teams:
Player 1 - Mr. Fantastic (http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc164/hi1hi1hi1hi1/Marvel%20Creations/Fantastic%20Four%20Related/MrFantastic.jpg), Human Torch (http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc164/hi1hi1hi1hi1/Marvel%20Creations/Fantastic%20Four%20Related/HumanTorch.jpg), Thing (http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc164/hi1hi1hi1hi1/Marvel%20Creations/Fantastic%20Four%20Related/Thing.jpg), Invisible Woman (http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc164/hi1hi1hi1hi1/Marvel%20Creations/Fantastic%20Four%20Related/InvisibleWoman.jpg)
Player 2 - Puppet Master (http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc164/hi1hi1hi1hi1/Marvel%20Creations/Fantastic%20Four%20Related/PuppetMaster.jpg)
Battlefield:
http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc164/hi1hi1hi1hi1/Scenarios/FantasticFour8.jpg
Simple enough. You need two apartment-like structures, one for where the Puppet Master makes his headquarters and one for the early Fantastic Four HQ. Invisible Woman begins the game on the purple dot, Puppet Master on the orange, Thing on the red, and Mr. Fantastic and Human Torch on the blue dots.
Special Rules:
The game begins with a Puppet Marker on Thing and Invisible Woman trapped and unable to be used in the clutches of Puppet Master. Mr. Fantastic and Human Torch may not leave their 'apartment' until Thing has received 3 wounds, or they are destroyed (and thereby Player 1 loses the game). Once Thing has received 3 wounds, immediately remove the Puppet Marker and place it on Invisible Woman. Invisible Woman may not be used by Player 1 until the Puppet Marker has been removed from her Army Card.
Player 1 wins the battle if the Puppet Master is destroyed. Player 2 wins the battle if any three members of the Fantastic Four are destroyed (wherein the fourth would presumably be made into a puppet servant of the Puppet Master and be unable to attack him).

Thanks guys! Any issue selections? I'm working through the early Fantastic Four since they are pretty good and I have the customs done. :)
I'm stumbling right now on Skrulls though. I have a scenario worked out, but their abilities are difficult to represent.

. . . .Four #10 - 12
"The Stuff of Dreams"
. . . . . . . . .http://www.marvel.com//comics/onsale/covers/1004/FOUR011_COV_sm.jpg
The Fantastic Four have been baffled by the outbreak of nightmare-like fears gripping the city of New York. When the sun is blotched out, Marvel's First Family knows the only explanation is the fear-inducing Psycho-Man. How can the the Fantastic Four stop this threat while fighting their very own fears?
Teams:
Player 1 - Mr. Fantastic (http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc164/hi1hi1hi1hi1/Marvel%20Creations/Fantastic%20Four%20Related/MrFantastic.jpg), Human Torch (http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc164/hi1hi1hi1hi1/Marvel%20Creations/Fantastic%20Four%20Related/HumanTorch.jpg), Thing (http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc164/hi1hi1hi1hi1/Marvel%20Creations/Fantastic%20Four%20Related/Thing.jpg), Invisible Woman (http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc164/hi1hi1hi1hi1/Marvel%20Creations/Fantastic%20Four%20Related/InvisibleWoman.jpg)
Player 2 - Psycho-Man (http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc164/hi1hi1hi1hi1/Marvel%20Creations/Fantastic%20Four%20Related/P-s-ycho-Man.jpg), Zombies of Moridan x3, Deathstalkers x2, Retchets of Bogden, Blastatrons x1, Gladiatrons x2
Battlefield:
It could be anything. Setup is easy as well. The Retchets begin the game on the battlefield near Invisible Woman. Human Torch starts adjacent to a large pack of Zombies, Mr. Fantastic near a pack of Deathstalkers and Thing close to While the Fantastic Four should start out dispersed around the battlefield, Psycho-Man should be placed on the far side of the battlefield, if possible in a make-shift "Baxter Building".
Special Rules:
Psycho-Man has been in town for a month now, and using his fear-inducing abilities has materialized the fears of people of New York in the forms of Zombies, ravaging dogs, vampiric Retchets, and crazed robots. Psycho-Man begins the game with 5 Fear Markers on his card.
The Fantastic Four Team wins as soon as Ps[i]ycho-Man is destroyed. On the other side of the battle, Psycho-Man's team wins when all the Fantastic Four members are destroyed.
