I played both and enjoyed them equally. However, if you do plan playing the second one, DO NOT ERASE YOUR FIRST GAME SAVES!!! They play a factor in the second one...kinda cool actually. If you had (forget the name) PUSH ability, you could push a rock and obtain the strongest sword in the game. Push ability is not available in the second game, and your first game save is the only way to have it :-(

Anyways, hope this helps...

Oh, and I hope they make more, I enjoy this series alot. Its not Final Fantasy, but its something that is pretty fun.

I don't think the Wii should get it; I think it should go to DS. Keep it at the hand-held level.

The sequel was much better. Much more involved story line, especially if you played through the first one and like to get the extras. The hardest boss in the game is probably comparable to Sephiroth (in KH/KH2; I've never played FF7), except on a turn-based system, rather than free hit, and of course, he's NOT the final boss. Final boss is much easier than Dullahan, but still VERY difficult.

On that subject the second poster in a thread should not have to Google what the first poster is talking about. Some recap of the game in question would help. Such as Video Game, Board Game, Card Game, Dice Game, RPG, etc. Now there is no way I am going to interested in a video game thread (other than Diablo II: LoD of course) and I would have backed out of this thread had I known what Golden Sun was from the first post, instead I have had to cycle back into this thread five times now!

No, I don't see why you had to come back here 5 times. You came in the first time and asked what it was. You came back the second time to get an answer. From there, every other time you opened this thread was on your own desire. You said it yourself, had you known what it was in the first place, you wouldn't have come back. I liked the ending so much, i got a group of my friends together after we all finished and together, we wrote up a plot outline for the 3rd game. Pretty b*****n' outline, if you ask me.
