Hey, I'm from Tulsa, OK. My wife & I both play HS and would be interested in playing some matches w/ anyone who's interested, or maybe even putting on a HS tournament or gathering.

If you took the word "sooner" outta the group and substituted it with "cowboy" heroscapers I might be in :).

Seriously though, my in-laws live in Tulsa and when we come to town for a visit now and again we would love to look you all up for a little gaming (my son and I are the gamers in the family).

I know about six other Heroscapers in Tulsa . . . We get together every other weekend or so . . . perhaps we could get all the Tulsa crowd gathered up and have a weekend of Heroscaping ( does that sound geeky ? ) :? I will wear neutral colors . . . either Sooners or Cowboys or even Tulsa University . . .

We are going to determine the maps in the coming weeks and finalize the attendance. We have prize support worked out and we will also be bringing prize table goddies so everyone should walk away with something. After the tourney we will all probably take over a nearby pub so expect some fun!! It will be a blast!!

That would rock, I've been wanting to try out my Blastatron tournoment army( I'm guessing that we will be playing 400 point armies if it all works out).
It's not to far away from where I live either, I'll most likely come.

Hey guys, don't forget about the Tournament we are having in the D/FW area. We are anticipating over 40 participants with some great prizes to be won. Check it out in the Events section.

If you are looking for some new opponents to play against, you will be hard pressed to find a bigger gathering of Heroscape fans.

i know Topdeck will ive seen people play up there. if we there was only like 6 people and we only took 1 to 2 tables and it was just for fun we could probably do but if it was a tournament we would have to pay. This is just a guess.

I've checked for Dawn of Darkness in Owasso every day to no avail.

It would be cool to get something set up, I'm unsure of anywhere personally.

P.S. Iv'e heard that a lot of Owasso 6th Graders are bringing HS rulebooks to school, so there are actually quite a bit of younger players around my area.

The Target on 21st near Eastland Mall has all their Heroscape clearanced... but they are almost out of everything. Shelves are really decimated. I was there tonight and they have the following left (after my purchases):

1 Master Set for less than $26
1 or 2 each of Forests and Orm's for $9.94 each
2 Ninjas/Samurai for $6.94 each
2 or 3 Gladiators/Agents for $6.94 each

That's it.

Su-Bak-Na
December 28th, 2006, 02:42 PM
The Owasso Walmart has Orm's and RTTFF down to 15$ each. After my purchase they had 3 RTTFF and one Orm's. (I only got one RTTFF.) I'm hoping they are clearing the space for Raknar's and TT (althouigh I already have both). I'm also hapoing Dawn of Darkness makes it in soon, Wave 5 is finally coming of the shelves.

They also had 8-12 Master Sets
5 Gladiators and Agents (Wave 5)
2 Ninja and Samarai (Wave 5)
1 Warriors and Soulborugs (Wave 5)

Time to revive this thread...

Lots of reports around the country of wave 7 in Targets and maybe some Wal-Marts. So far I haven't seen anything in the Tulsa area. How 'bout up in Owasso?

My friends and I have the two unique packs from a Housemouse sale but we need some Knights and some riflemen/spearmen.

OK, wave 7 is rolling in, gradually. My three buddies all have the Templar, two of them also have the Ashigaru, and I have the Ashigaru but not the Templar. Found at various Walmarts in the area. Still haven't seen a big batch of them though, just one or two packs at a time.

Hello friends. I'm new to the HS scene and have recently moved to Bartlesville, just a little north of you Tulsa Scapers.

I wanted to see if the Tulsa crew were still active and, if so, what's the latest on your get togethers? My wife's from Broken Arrow so we manage to get back to T-Town quite frequently. I'd love to meet up with some of you fine folks if you're still throwing down on a pretty regular basis.

I look forward to hearing the latest.

For the record I've created a new ID. Sooner Scaper didn't work for me after all.

Anyhow, I hope you Tulsa (and perhaps even Bartlesville) Heroscapers didn't close up shop. I'm hoping to get in on some games here soon.

Hiya 80's Freak! Yeah 80's is a good buddy of mine, I highly reccomend him. I've read of scapers in Tulsa, Bartlesville, Lawton, Owasso, etc.... any chance of some from the metropolis of Ponca City, OK (or surrounding area)? Somebody's buying product from the Wal Mart store, so I know they exist. If you're interested in meeting others please post here. Thanks!
