Military miniatures?

I guess this isn't necessarily specific to Superheroes, but I'm looking for some miniatures of modern military figures. I'm thinking soldiers to fight the Hulk. :) Prepainted would be great, but if nothing is available I don't mind painting. Any suggestions on figures that look decent, are to scale with the rest of HS, and don't cost an arm and a leg?

If you want to go pre-painted, AT-43 is the only one that I know of where you can get great scale and quality. But they are expensive! Lots of threads on the boards with lots of info on AT-43...

Em4 has some but they tend to be a bit small. Same with WH40K. Mongoose is supposed to be coming out with a prepainted Starship Troopers line. Unfortunately Battlefield Evolutions is too small.

You'll have more of a selection with un-painted. There are a bunch out there...

So what would you recommend for a decent price in terms of unpainted?
