Custom Dice

As I said in my intro to the website, I am a huge fan of making customs and designing. And I was wondering, does anyone know where I can find plain red and blue dice. (Not really looking for the new ones.) I've looked all over and I just can't find them. And how do you get the skulls and shields on them. I have my own way of putting them on but its pretty complicated. I was jsut wondering if you guys could tell me some simpler ways of doing it. Thanks.
