View Full Version : Suggestions for using zombies from Zombies!!! in Heroscape.

I got a Bag 'o' Zombies today (Glowing kind), I only have 3 or 4 rules for them. 1 player has 2 waves of zombies of 48 zombies per wave. The Zombie Hunters are: Airborne elites, The Matrix guys, and the zettian gaurds. (No Deathwalkers.) (Not including Agent Carr.)



I know the card says they're only 5 figures, but they're really 2 seperate waves of 48 each. You can only move 10 at a time. The land scape MUST be able to support figurines that can only move 2.

I have Zombies!!! as well and would love to incorporate them into heroscape someday. Your rules sound pretty cool.

One thing I might add that would make for some interesting zombie scenarios is to use the castle and come up with a way that the zombies can eventually break down the door. Like if there are a bunch lined up behind it, they can all attack it as one attack (to get around the auto block that the castle door has...)

Then you could have the defenders retreat back to the castle as a strategy and try to survive while the zombies surround it and try to break in Dawn of the Dead style!

Some other possibilities off the top of my head: fallen heroes become zombies, some sort of "head shot" or "decapitation" rule in order for characters to kill zombies (or, the only targetable area on a zombie is the head, so if the head is obscured by terrain that zombie can't be attacked...), bonuses for zombies if they crowd, if a hero receives a wound from a zombie they get an additional wound counter every other turn and then become a zombie two turns after they receive the last wound marker, etc.

I'd be interested to hear how it turns out if you play it...I'll try to post as well if I ever try it out...
