GENERAL question!

This isn't just a general heroscape question.
This is a general FORUM question.
Can someone help me learn how to 'do forums'?
I mean, I just learned how to put a freaking avatar picture up!

How do you do those quotes from other people in boxes?
How do you put pictures from other websites on there without just giving the link itself?
How/where do you find animated little cute things to put on avatar pictures?
How come when I rightclick and save those animated avatar pictures, they don't ever animate on my computer (I'm not going to steal anyones avatar picture, they just look neat and I collect neat pictures)

What about signatures at the bottom of your guys posts with the little banner that leads to other websites, or just banner pictures in general, or whatever...

What are the little neato trick things like that?

ok 1st if you want to quote somone just click the quote button in the top right corner of their post. 2nd if you want to fuse animated aviatars just save the one you want to use, it wont be animated until you use it as your avi. 3rd if you want a signiture just click on profile in the top left of your screen the bigest text box there is where you put your signiture.
