Yeah, the hair is bound to be the hard part. Thanks for the suggestions though.

For the hair, you may have to scuplt it with some Green Stuff.

Yeah, finding the exact is rough man. you are going to have to do some modding. You can gut weapons off and add new ones, you can add hair with greenstuff. You can even tear down some of the armor and hair with a dremel if you need to.

There is not a lot of anime style figs to choose from. None that don't look ridiculous.

Yep, I think it is a pretty nice paint job myself. I think it is a pretty good match as well.
