This is my first custom. Tell me if this is good or any advice to make it better.

First a few spelling corrections:
It is Obliterate not Obliderate. Second it is height and not hight.
As for the card itself, you need to clarify whether Exodia destroys all figures within clear line of sight or within a single straight line.
You may also want to place restrictions on the Obliterate power. I understand you wanted to capture the strength of this figure but it is too powerful for the game. Exodia could easily end the game by itself. Maybe try:
Exodia starts the game with 3 Obliteration markers on this card. Instead of moving and attacking with Exodia, you may remove an Obliteration marker from this card and roll the 20-sided die. If you roll a 1-4 nothing happens. If you roll a 5-15, all figures within 4 clear sight spaces of Exodia receive 1 wound. If you roll a 16-19, all figures within 4 clear sight spaces of Exodia receive 4 wounds. If you roll a 20, all figures within 4 clear sight spaces of Exodia are destroyed.
Even with this version Exodia is probably too powerful but at least it is not a blanket ability that can automatically destroy any or all figures.

Definitely better and a bit more reasonable. Try him out in a few games and see how he plays. That is the best way to really determine the proper cost and balance of a custom.
I do like that the Obliterate power affects all figures including your own. Good for theme and helps to buffer when you can use it.
