wouldn't be suprised if your order fell in the gap between the warehouse running out and the webmaster having an "oh, ****" moment.

Did you get a shipping notification E-Mail?? If you didn't, you need to contact them!

I've placed a handful of orders with Hasbro in the past month, and I've found that it can take as long as a week between your order confirmation and your shipping confirmation, which, needless to say, sucks.

I placed an order last Thursday (finally going to double my commons from Waves 3 and 4) and it still hasn't shipped yet.

You have to be patient with them, but yes, I would say contact them if it gets to be 10 days or more.

I also had a delay of about 4 business days between order confirmed and order shipped. You can do a "track your order" on the toyshop site. It will tell you if it shipped or not, but unfortunately you can't access UPS tracking or anything like that after they ship it.

Hasbro does not do tracking on their packages. I had an HS order get "lost" in the mail and I called them wondering where the package was last tracked. They don't track them the lady said. Ended up USPS tried to deliver on Saturday and the address was my work address. They didn't leave a "Pick Up your package at the PO" note until Thursday the next week. I don't blame Hasbro on that one...the USPS dropped the ball that time. I'm just amazed that Hasbro doesn't get tracking numbers on their stuff.

okay, this makes me worry. my order says "shipped" and i too am having it delivered to my work address. it could have, i guess, been delivered on saturday but that would have been like 5 days from time shipped. today (11th) is the 10th business day. so i guess if i dont get it today, i need to call hasbro?

Yeah, I would call them. I just received my expansions today, so I guess that's a 1 week turnaround from order to delivery.

10 days either means there was a serious complication, or they are beyond slow.

The two orders I've placed from there have both arrived within 5 business days of when they said they shipped. It depends on where you live, I suppose. They shipped from PA for me before.

okay so hasbro is "re-shipping" the expansion packs. i have no idea why, and apparently they dont either. all i got was "sorry, we are re-shipping them, and it will take another 10 days". OMG. this is the last time i order from hasbro.

Sorry to hear you are having problems, Hulkster. I've ordered about 5 times from Hasbro and only once was there a problem and ended up being the fault of the Post Office. Most of the packages took about 10 working days or so to arrive. Hope it works out and I understand your frustration.

They shipped from PA for me too. I got mine in AZ 10 days (7 business) after the ship notification on a Saturday.

I've only ordered from Hasbro twice, but both times were superfast. The first was a three day turn around (ZD: ordered Wednesday arriveed Friday), and the second was about the same (wave 4.5: ordered Thursday arrived on the following Monday). And both times it was the free shipping. Needless to say, I wouldn't hesitate to order from them directly again.

I'm having issues too. I had to order the rest of Wave 4 from them to round out my collection. It's been 9 business days since the confirmation email, so I'm not feeling confident at the moment.

okay....horrible news. first off, it's not hasbrotoyshop.com's fault. its the United States Postal Services' fault. apparently, they will not deliver a package to a business without having the sute # or business name on the package.

so what that means is, regardless of whether or not its a weekday, weekend, whatever....they refuse to deliver the package unless it's got the above information on it.

all that to say, we won't be getting our heroscape stuff even though we paid for it, and it's sitting in the truck. yep. sucks. so i'm off to TRU and Walmart to see if i can find anything *sigh*

Just call the Post Office and tell them they have a package for you, and you have the info they need, they'll understand.
I've ordered from them twice, both times it was great.

I dunno. It's been 10 business days for me, and still no package. They're re-shipping for me and I demanded priority to speed it up, but I have my doubts.

okay so do you think i should try to order from hasbro again? if i have it shipped to my house, i should be okay right? i cant find it in any of the stores locally, so im guessing the only way is to order online and housemouse is like $60 for the new exp. packs. thats a $20 markup from hasbro.

just as an update to anyone having the same problems ive had with the USPS....they tried to reship the package, but of course, since it doesnt have a suite number or business name, it wont be delivered.

my friend called hasbro to try to get them to hold the returned package and reship to a home address, but they said that when they get it back, they wont reship it or anything until they restock everything. geez!

so i just broke down and bought my stuff from HMG. it ended up being about $20 more with shipping and everything, but oh well. we did get a $10 off coupon from hasbrotoyshop.com though for all our trouble :-) so i guess we can buy from them later on.

i dont think the shortage will happen as much when wave 5 comes out, and when the castles come out though. the smaller exp. packs seem to dissappear quickly, and thus will be restocked in the stores when they run out...hopefully with the new stuff. and of course when the castles come out...they will be restocked because they are a much different item. hopefully wave 4.5 will be the last one to experience this crap.
