Do powers "stack" for more dice?

For example, let's say I have Hulk and Captain America. The Hulk has taken 5 hits, and can as such attack with 11 dice. If he is adjacent to Captain America, does he get to attack with 12 dice because of Captain America's Tactician ability?

How does height advantage play into the equation?

Yes, powers stack. In the case of your Hulk, it would roll 13 dice. 6 base attack + 5 from rage + 1 Captain America + 1 from height.

If you also had other attack boosters, such as from the Attack Glyph, those bonuses would apply too.

To answer in the most complex fashion possible, were Hulk wounded 5 times, at height, and adjacent to Captain America, Finn, and Taelord, he would attack with 15 dice.
So, attack bonuses stack, yes (on normal attacks, at least - special attacks can't be modified).

edit: forgot about the attack glyph! That'd push Hulk up to 16. :D

Or a dead Finn, A Mindshackled adjacent Finn. A mindshackled Taelord, and your Taelord, Your Captain America, A Mindshackled Captain America, Height Advantage, 5 wounds and Glyph of Astrid (attack), Glyph of Unique Attack (whatever thats called) and 2 Sir Gilberts (1 yours one somebody elses) that'll give you 22 attack. And then you can add in your teammates Cap, Taelord or Finn, Sir Gilbert to your bonus, plus any other mindshackled Bonus attack people.

Not sure Hulk could get that many figures adjacent (of the ones that need to be adjacent) and still have a space free for a figure to attack. I know I sure as heck wouldn't move a figure on to that space if one were open! And I'd certainly disengage from that spot first chance I got if I were already there. :P

Clearly, this army needs either Jotun or Dr. Doom to put your figure on that space whether he wants to go there or not.
